We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. July 29 2019 inter alia have approved the following:
An Interim Dividend of Rs. 12/- (Rupees Twelve Only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each to the shareholders of the Company.
Record Date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend will be Friday August 23 2019.
The said Interim Dividend will be paid on or before Tuesday August 27 2019.
