Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. 6th August 2026 have appointed Mr. Sonny Iqbal (DIN: 02962053) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 8th August 2026 and recommended his appointment as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 8th August 2026 to 7th August 2031 (both days inclusive) for approval of the Members of the Company.
