Pursuant to Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby submit the reaffirmation in credit rating from ICRA. The rating letter and rationale for reaffirmation has been enclosed. The rationale for revision shall also be made available on ICRAs website.
