Smilax Industries: Closure of Trading Window

Smilax Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014.

Further, the Trading Window would remain closed from February 06, 2015 to February 16, 2015, both days inclusive, for the following categories (including dependents)

- Directors
- Designated Employees
- Auditors

As per the code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
