The Scheme of Arrangement for transfer of passive infrastructure business of Speedon Network Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, into the Company, has been approved by Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench and Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench and certified copies of their Orders, have been filed with the Registrar of Companies on September 1, 2017.
Accordingly, the Effective Date of the aforesaid Scheme is September 1, 2017.
