Schaeffler India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 07, 2018, inter alia, has :
1. Recommended a Dividend of Rs. 17/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
The Dividend for the year December 31, 2017, if declare by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid within the time limit prescribed in the Companies Act, 2013.
