We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on today i.e. on Wednesday November 02 2022 inter-alia recommended the 2nd Interim Dividend of Rupees 2/- (Two Rupees Only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2022-2023.
