Swadeshi Polytex Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Swadeshi Polytex Limited is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 10th February 2026 inter alia to:1. Consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2025;Further in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st January 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.
