Dr.Datsons Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon?ble Bombay High Court, while allowing certain application filed by the creditors of the Company in winding up petitions, vide its order dated February 18, 2015, appointed the official liquidator attached to the Bombay High Court as the provisional liquidator of Dr. Datsons Labs Limited (the ?Company?) and directed the provisional liquidator to forthwith take charge/possession of the Company?s assets, properties, stock in trade, books of account, bank account and all other assets of the Company.
The Official Liquidator took possession of the registered office and Pune plant of the Company along with moveables lying therein. Due to this action there has been an issue with accessing and receiving the companys emails.
