This is to inform you that Amtek Auto Limited (AAL) is going through the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code), in terms of order passed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench, with effect from 24.07.2017. Mr. Dinkar Tiruvannadapuram Venkatasubramanian has been appointed as Resolution Professional of AAL under the provisions of the Code.
In terms of the provisions of Code, the Resolution Professional invited prospective resolution applicants to submit resolution plan for AAL. The resolution plans received from Liberty House Group and Deccan Value (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution Applicant) were discussed in the meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) of AAL held on Tuesday, March 06, 2018. The resolution plan submitted by Liberty House Group based in United Kingdom has been identified as the preferential bidder of AAL
