Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 we wish to inform you that Acuite Ratings and Research Limited a credit Rating Agency vide its press release dated March 19 2026 has downgraded its rating on the long term bank facility of the Company to "ACUITE BB" from "ACUITE BB+" for facilities amounting to Rs. 25 crore and has re-affirmed the rating on short term bank facilities at "ACUITE A4+" for facilities amounting to Rs. 200 crore.
