Polycon International Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.
Further, the Trading Window will be closed from opening trading hours of July 24, 2015 and will be reopened on August 14, 2015 after expiry of 24 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange on August 13, 2015.
