Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR we wish to inform you that the term of Mr. Biswadip Gupta (DIN: 00048258) Independent Director of the Company completed on 9th February 2026. Further based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution passed on 10th February 2026 have approved the appointment of Mr. Tarun Kumar Daga (DIN: 01686499) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a period of 2 (two) consecutive years with effect from 10th February 2026 subject to the approval of members of the Company.
