Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. 10th February 2026 inter-alia approved the following:Appointment of Mr. Puneet Das as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Company with effect from 16th February 2026.Elevation of Mr. Siddharth Gupta from General Manager - Marketing to Vice President - Marketing of the Company with effect from 1st February 2026.
