Malwa Cotton Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that Meeting of Board of Directors held on November 14, 2016 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. During the discussion in respect of above, certain information asked by Directors and Auditors related to Unaudited Financial Results and which require sometime to present information to Directors and Auditors and Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended September 30, 2016 could not be finalized. Therefore board of directors decided to adjourn the aforesaid meeting.

The adjourn meeting of Board of Directors will be held on November 21, 2016 at 3 pm at the Registered office of the Company to consider and approve the unaudited financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
