We wish to inform you that the Members of the Company through Postal Ballot resolution dated March 26 2019 approved the change in the name of the Company from SQS India BFSI Limited to Expleo Solutions Limited.
The Company then made an application for the change of name to the Registrar of Companies Chennai and the Registrar of Companies has approved the application and has granted a new Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name to Expleo Solutions Limited dated April 10 2019.
We request you to take the same on record and oblige.
