FISCHER CHEMIC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the Quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2018 pursuant to Regulation 33 of Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement, 2015.
Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window will remain closed from November 01, 2018 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on 14th November, 2018 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company
