The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors, pursuant to the authority granted by the Shareholders resolution passed through Postal Ballot on 02nd January, 2018, in its meeting held today, has approved grant of 23300 stock options under Matrimony.com Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 ("ESOS 2014") to the employees of the Company at different exercise prices.
