This is in continuation to our letter dated January 20 2026 informing about completion of tenure of Mr. Uttam Tibrewal as Whole Time Director (DIN: 01024940) of the Bank on April 18 2026. In this regard we wish to inform that Mr. Uttam Tibrewal has completed his term as Whole Time Director from close of business hours on April 18 2026. He will continue in his capacity as Deputy CEO leading the Banks retail business verticals and increase his focus on on-ground engagement to drive growth strengthen customer relationships and expand the Banks presence across newer geographies. He will continue to be categorized as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Bank.Please refer attachment for details.
