Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing herewith Intimation regarding the cessation of Dr. Sumit Dutta Chowdhury (DIN: 02117586) as Independent Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 27th March 2026. Further consequent to said cessation the membership and chairmanship of Mr. Chowdhury in various committees have also ceased and accordingly the board and committees stand reconstituted.
