Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Schedule III thereto we hereby inform that Prataap Snacks Limited ("the Company") has received an Assessment Order dated March 26 2026 passed under Section 143(3) read with Section 144B of the Income Tax Act 1961 ("the act") along with a Notice of Demand dated March 26 2026 issued under Section 156 of the Act in respect of scrutiny assessment for Assessment Year 2024-25.
