Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that Company has received an intimation on 22nd April 2024 from Kfin Technologies Limited (formerly known as Kfin Technologies Private Limited ) the Companys Registrar and Transfer Agent ("RTA") regarding loss of share certificates and issue letter of confirmations and in that respect relevant details are eclosed herewith.
