RITES Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on March 11 2019 to consider and approve the second interim dividend if any and to fix the record date for the purpose of payment of dividend.
Further as per the ?Code of Conduct" adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the trading window will remain closed from March 04 2019 till the expiry of forty-eight hours from the date and time of the board meeting i.e. March 13 2019 (both days inclusive) for Designated Persons and other Concerned Persons.
