MPF Systems: Board Meeting Outcome for Board Meeting Of The Company Was Held Today I.E. On Tuesday 8Th February 2022 At 4:00 P.M.

In pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board has considered and approved the following matters:1) The Un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2021 along with Limited Review Report thereon.2) Rs.2 33 272/- was written off as the same was not represented by any Assets.3) Inter Branch receivables of Rs.80 69 937/- already accounted in the audited results earlier now settled against accumulated reserves.4) Sundry debtors of Rs. 177 51 778/- has been adjusted against provision for doubtful debts. 5) The Board has also accepted the Resignation of Ramesh Chandra Mishra & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2021-2022 (due to personal reasons) and in his place appointed CS Satyajit Mishra & Co Membership No: F4997 COP NO:5759 as Secretarial Auditor for Financial year 2021-2022.
