Geometric Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2015 inter alia, has approved allotment of 104,651 (One lakh four thousand six hundred and fifty one) Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on the exercise of vested stock options under the ESOP Scheme 2011 and ESOP Scheme 2013 - Employees.
