Proposal of availing of Loan facility from Standard Chartered Bank of Rs. 20 00 00 000 for the Company;2. To Provide Corporate Guarantee of Rs. 5 00 00 000 to Standard Chartered Bank for Avyom Foodtech Private Limited subject to the approval of shareholders in General Meeting.
