The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. on Monday March 25 2019 has allotted 3 50 000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to Newgen ESOP Trust for transfer of shares to employees on exercise of options granted under Newgen ESOP Scheme 2014 as approved by the shareholders of the Company.
