NCC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2018, inter alia, have recommended payment of Equity Dividend of Rs. 1.00 per share (@ 50% on Equity share of Rs. 2/- each) for F.Y.2017-18, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on August 10, 2018.
