This is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of directors will be held on Tuesday the 10th February 2026 to consider and approve UN-audited financial results for the quarter end nine months period ended on 31.12.2025. However inadvertently in the cover letter the date is wrongly mentioned as 12.02.2026 instead on 10.02.026. The date of the meeting is 10.02.2026. Revised Letter is enclosed.
