In terms of the provisions of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with amendment thereof if any and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report the Trading by Designated Person the Trading Window Close period of the Company for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees as defined under the Codes has commenced w.e.f. 01st January 2020 and will end 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December 2019 become generally available for information.
Accordingly all the Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
