Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Annual Report for the Financial Year 2017-18 submitted by our Company on 29th November 2018 contains some inadvertent typographical error on page no. 10 in 3rd and 4th point of Annexure B (CSR activities) of Directors Report.
The corrected Annual Report incorporating the corrections is enclosed for taking on record.
