Tyagi (DIN: 01509031) is appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director. He is not related to any other Director(s) of the Company.

In this connection we hereby affirm that Dr. R. K. Tyagi is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
