In furtherance to the disclosure made by the Company on January 30 2024 Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd has acquired 13 35 136 fully paid up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises Ltd. representing 25.43% voting share capital of the Target Company from Mr. Vivek Vishawnathan promoter of the target company and Ms. Radhika Vishwanathan Hoon member of the promoter group of the target company and for per share consideration of Rs. 262.15 aggregating to total consideration of Rs. 35 00 05 902.40.
