Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 02 2026 inter alia has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 16/- per share (160%) for the financial year 2025-26 on the paid-up capital of Rs. 111.10 cr. represented by 11 11 03 860 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
The dividend will be paid on or after February 25 2026 (Wednesday).
