Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 24A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) please be informed that since the Companys paid-up equity share capital and net-worth does not exceed the threshold limits prescribed as on the last date of the financial year ending 31st March 2023 specified in Regulation 15(2)(a) of the aforesaid Regulations the compliance with Regulation 24A pertaining to the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report is not applicable to the Company.
