In furtherance to the corporate action dated March 12 2020 regarding the payment of interim dividend it is hereby informed that due to the current pandemic situation of COVID-19 the interim dividend will be paid on March 27 2020 itself instead of earlier informed date of March 30 2020.
Further the Dividend amount will be paid to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the register of members as on March 25 2020 the Record Date only as originally fixed for the purpose and there is no change in the Record Date.
