S.P. Apparels: Closure of Trading Window

Notice is hereby given that the trading window of the Company shall be closed from 01st January 2021 and will be open for trading in S.P.Apparels Limited equity shares after 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending 31st December 2020.

During the window closure period the Directors Designated Employees their dependent family members and Connected Persons of S.P.Apparels Limited shall not deal in any transaction involving purchase or sale of S.P.Apparels Limited Securities.

Any contravention of the above would attract Penalty as per the Insider Trading Code.

Any designated employee (covered under the Companys Insider Trading Code) who trades in S.P.Apparels Limited equity shares / securities or communicates any Price Sensitive Information for trading in S.P.Apparels Limited equity shares / Securities in contravention of the above code may be penalized under the said code.
