Ruby Cables: Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Ruby Cables Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Director of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year ended on September 30, 2016 along with Limited Review Report.

Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as per Security Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Companys Shares will remain closed for the all the designated employees including the Directors of the Company from November 09, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (Both days inclusive).
