NTPC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2023 inter alia to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations 2015) it is hereby intimated that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held at New Delhi on Saturday 28th January 2023 to inter-alia consider approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months period ended December 31 2022 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board. Interim dividend on the equity share capital of the Company for the year 2022-23 may also be inter-alia considered in the same Meeting of the Board of Directors. (see attachment for more details)
