Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 12 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that;
1. 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Saturday 28th September 2019.
2. Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Sunday 22nd September 2019 to Saturday 28th September 2019. Further as per Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company is providing facility to the Members to cast their votes by electronic means on all the resolutions set forth in the Notice of the 12th AGM.
