With reference to our letter dated 13.09.2022 in relation to approval of the conversion of Partly Paid-Up Rights Equity Shares of Face Value Rs. 2.5/- Per Share to Rs 5/- per Share Partly Paid-Up pursuant to receipt of First Call Money we had inadvertently mentioned the number of shares as 1 75 079 instead of 1 74 094. The correct number of shares is 1 74 094 (One lakh Seventy Four Thousand and Ninety Four).
