We would like to inform that, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company, the Trading Window of Company shall remain closed for 2 working days prior to the date of the Board Meeting viz., from 11th April, 2018 to 13th April, 2018 and 48 hours after the Board Meeting i.e. from 14th April, 2018 to 15th April, 2018 and Trading in Shares of Company are fully prohibited during this period.
