Further pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for regulating and reporting trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure 2015 and in accordance to our earlier communication to you dated 30th March 2020 it was intimated that the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday 01st April 2020 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2020
