Auditors report for audited Standalone financial results (Annexure-2).3. Re- appointment of Mr. Krishna Kumar Bhandari (DIN: 05309897) as the Whole-Time Director of the Company.We also wish to bring to the notice of the exchange that the Board Meeting commenced at 04.30 PM and concluded at 05.00 PM.
