Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we would like to inform you that Dr S S Baijal (DIN: 00027961) and
Mr H S Shah (DIN: 00152195) will complete their term of 5 years as Independent Directors of the Company on March 31 2019 and accordingly they will cease to be Directors of the Company effective March 31 2019. Dr Baijal and Mr Shah will also cease to be Chairman / Member of respective Committees of the Board of Director of the Company wherein they are Chairman / Member.
