Dear Sir/Madam With reference to the captioned subject the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25 along with the Notice calling the 14th AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday September 11 2025 at 02:00 P.M. (IST) through Video-Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means was duly submitted with the Stock Exchanges on August 18 2025. Subsequently it has been observed that inadvertently Schedule 11 of the Financial Statements were not enclosed in the Annual Report which has been corrected and the corrected copy of Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25 is enclosed herewith.
