Appeal under Section 61 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 against the NCLT Order dated January 02 2020 (allowing withdrawal of Resolution Plan) filed with Honble NCLAT by the CoC of Educomp Solutions Limited. The said Appeal was listed before the Hon ble NCLAT on 03rd February 2020 wherein the Hon ble Appellate Tribunal had stayed the operation of the Impugned Order dated 02 January 2020 (allowing withdrawal of Resolution Plan) and further listed the matter for hearing on 17th February 2020. Hence the withdrawal of Resolution Plan sought by Ebix had been currently stayed by NCLAT.
