Parabolic Drugs Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/12/2020 inter alia to consider and approve revised Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2020 be considered and disseminated on Monday 07th December 2020.
Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons from Tuesday December 31 2020 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of revised Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2020 to the stock exchanges.
Accordingly the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
