Unity Infraprojects: Circular Of SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIRP/2018/144 Dated 26Th November 2018 Fund Raising By Issuance Of Debt Securities By Large Entities

With reference to above SEBI circular of 26th November 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates (LC) and disclosures and compliances thereof by such large corporates.

In this connection we submit that our Company Unity Infraprojects Limited is under CIRP process and is not coming under the Large Corporates (LC) category as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular.
