Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company by way of circular resolution on 5th May 2023 has approved allotment of 1 033 Equity Shares of face value of Re.1/- each to the eligible employees under Clean Science and Technology Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021 (CSTL ESOS 2021).
